How much does an epoxy garage floor cost in Tucson?
Most two-car garages land in a normal range for a full flake system with polyaspartic top coat, and the number depends on square footage, slab condition, and how much crack or joint repair the floor needs. You get one written price after Jerry has measured the slab — no phone quotes, no surprise add-ons.
How long does the job take?
Most residential garages are ground, repaired, coated, and flaked in one day, with the top coat curing overnight. You can usually walk on it the next morning and park on it in 24 to 72 hours depending on the system and the weather.
Will epoxy hold up to Arizona heat and hot tires?
That's exactly why we finish with a UV-stable polyaspartic top coat instead of leaving bare epoxy exposed. Straight epoxy can amber and soften under hot tires; the polyaspartic layer keeps the color and resists hot-tire pickup.
Do I have to empty my garage first?
The floor has to be clear before we grind. Move what you can and tell us what you can't — we'll quote moving heavy items so nothing gets improvised on install day.
Is there a warranty?
Yes — a written workmanship warranty against peeling and delamination under normal use. It's on your work order, not buried in a website footer.
Do you do commercial floors?
We do: warehouses, shops, and retail spaces, scheduled after hours or over a weekend so you don't lose a shift. Anti-slip aggregate and line striping are available.

Estimates & pricing
Written estimates are valid for 30 days and are based on the slab conditions visible at the time of inspection. Concealed moisture, prior coatings, or structural damage discovered during grinding may require a written change order before work continues.
Scheduling & access
Installs are scheduled around slab temperature and cure windows. The work area must be cleared of vehicles and stored items before our arrival unless moving services were quoted.
Warranty
Installed systems carry a written workmanship warranty against peeling and delamination under normal residential use. Damage from impact, chemical spills, improper maintenance, or slab movement is excluded.
Payment
A deposit is due at scheduling, with the balance due on completion and walkthrough approval. Accepted methods are listed on your work order.
Limitation of liability
Liability is limited to the contract value of the work performed. DLC Painting LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
